The signature event for 2009 – the Red Ball – for the Fight
Cancer Foundation is on tomorrow night Friday November 13, at
The Palladium at Crown.
Melbourne’s glitterati will turn out in style for this premier night of
the year and to raise funds for Australians living with cancer.
It is a night not to be missed and this year’s Red Ball will be
hosted by Fight Cancer Foundation patron Deborra-lee Furness.
There are plenty of Red Carpet opportunities with Matt
Hetherington, Russell Robertson, Ben (Snake Boy) Britten, Blair
McDonough and Gorgi Quill just a few of the celebs in
attendance.
Deb’s husband and fellow patron Hugh Jackman, is currently
appearing on Broadway with Daniel Craig and has sent his
apologies.
Designed by Crteative Director Xen, this spectacular evening
will feature great music and entertainment, and a superb meal of
the fine local produce, complemented by fine wines.
The legendary Live Auction will offer guests the opportunity to
buy unique and interesting items – always a Red Ball highlight.
