STATEMENT FROM: THE NATIONAL BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION
REGARDING ACAIBURN and WU-YI PRODUCTS
The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) has unsuccessfully taken all steps possible to
identify the vendor of the AcaiBurn
and Wu-Yi
range of products
which falsely claim an
association with the NBCF.
The use of the NBCF name and logo in relation to the sale of these products is unauthorised and
the NBCF is not associated with any Acai berry based products.
Consumers have complained to the NBCF that automatic deductions continue to be made on their
credit cards without their authority.
The NBCF recommends that consumers who have purchased products in this range and cannot
cease payment as they wish should report the transaction to their bank as it may be considered a
case of credit card fraud.
The NBCF recommends that consumers call 1800 000 118 to check with the NBCF before
purchasing any products relating to AcaiBurn or Wu-Yi that
claim
an association with the
NBCF.
