Taking back control free Helpline
Always rushing to find a bathroom or being worried you wont get there in time is no laughing matter.
Just ask the 37 per cent of Australian women and 13 per cent of Australian men who suffer the discomfort and
embarrassment of urinary incontinence.
The Continence Foundation of Australia encourages people with bladder or bowel control problems to take
back control by contacting the National Continence Helpline on 1800 33 00 66.
The Helpline is an Australian Government initiative, staffed by specialist nurses, who provide confidential
information and advice as well a wide range of free resources.
The Continence Foundation of Australia is a not-for-profit organisation and the national peak body for
incontinence.
