The cuppa that does you good
National Herbal Medicine Week
14 20 September 2009

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Mim Beim has treated thousands of patients with natural medicine, especially herbs. Mim has published 7 books (including Tea, Health & Happiness), lectures widely, regularly speaks on national radio, appears on television and is a consultant to organisations such as Nokia, Liptons and even Big Brother!

Mim Beim is passionate about helping people be in charge of their wellbeing, and that being healthy shouldn't be hard work. It's as much about happiness as it is about eating a good diet and taking regular exercise. Simple things like drinking herbal teas can make a significant difference to our health.

Mim has a down-to-earth and entertaining style, with the unique ability to communicate difficult concepts and information in an easy and practical way.

Herbs are mankind's oldest medicine. Find out which herbal teas are good for particular conditions e.g. Echinacea for colds, rosemary for memory....and just why Peter Rabbit's mother chose chamomile tea for Peters' sore tummy. Herbal teas that taste good, and are good for you. Health in a teacup.

Mim will be part of a full day of presentations and interactive information sessions at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney on Sunday 13 September.
