The City of Sydney will TODAY unveil plans for 2009 Sydney New Year's Eve.

The 2009 Sydney New Year's Eve launch will reveal Australia's first microchip fireworks, this year's theme, highlights, chosen charity and a new idea to get everyone involved and united in the event.
